For me I had to press connect on my keyboard to get the keyboard to show up in the bluetooth wireless devices.

We have repeatedly installed and used this model of rocketfish keyboard without any problems. Add another to the list of folks you helped. Is there a manual way to force it to sync, or a way that I can just get windows to let me use the connect tf-btkb2 on the dongle to make it work.
